Our Founder
Joseph Melhem - Chief Executive Officer | Vibe Group
Vibe Group was founded by Joseph Melhem, an entrepreneur whose vision was shaped by his father's example and a determination to build something of his own. His journey began with a mobile car detailing van and grew into a broader ambition to create businesses rooted in opportunity, family, and community.
Today, Joseph leads Vibe Group as Founder and CEO, alongside his brother Adam Melhem, who serves as Chief Operating Officer and his right-hand man. Together, they are building a family-driven group of brands with a commitment to growth, meaningful relationships, and a lasting legacy.
Adam Melhem - Chief Operating Officer | Vibe Group
As Chief Operating Officer of Vibe Group, Adam Melhem works alongside his brother, Founder and CEO Joseph Melhem, helping turn the group's vision into action.
As Joseph's trusted right-hand man, Adam plays an important role in supporting the group's growth, strengthening its operations, and helping move new opportunities forward.
Their partnership reflects one of Vibe Group's founding principles: family is more than a value—it's the foundation of everything they are building together.
